SSC CHSL Paper Pattern 2025 (Detailed) | Tier 1 & Tier 2 Structure
The SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) examination is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for recruitment to posts such as LDC, JSA, PA, SA, and DEO in various central government departments. Understanding the exam pattern is essential for effective preparation and scoring well in each stage.
SSC CHSL Tier-I Exam Pattern
Tier-I is a computer-based objective test. Marks obtained in Tier-I are normalized and used for shortlisting candidates for Tier-II.

SSC CHSL Tier-II Exam Pattern
Tier-II is conducted in two sessions on the same day. Session-I is mandatory for all candidates, while Session-II depends on the post applied for.
